Tracy Zikes, DNP, AGACNP, FNP, RN
Co-Founder & CEO
Dr. Tracy Zikes has been in healthcare for over 40 years, beginning her career in 1982 as a Certified Medical Assistant. In 1998, she graduated from J. Sargeant Reynolds and Jefferson (BSN) in 2010 College with her AAS-RN degree. In 2005, she earned her BSN, Magna Cum Laude, at JCHS-Carilion. In 2015, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of South Alabama with her Masters in Nursing Degree for dual certifications in Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a concentration in Emergency Medicine, as well as her Doctoral Degree in Nursing Practice. After several years practicing in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Zikes became autonomously licensed and started her own business managing skilled and long-term care patients. After experiencing firsthand the pitfalls of poor billing and credentialing practices, Dr. Zikes and business partner Ramona Boyer, NP founded Grace-Decorum Medical Billing Services with a commitment to provide a more conscientious, transparent, and well-cultivated billing and credentialing product. When Dr. Zikes is not busy, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren at their family farm and beach home.

Ramona Crouse, MSN, FNP, RN
Co-Founder & CFO
Ms. Ramona Boyer is a Family Nurse Practitioner who began her career in healthcare at the age of 19 as a Registered Nurse with an Associate in Applied since in nursing degree from Wytheville Community College. From there she worked for many years in emergency medicine as well as in the worlds of home health and hospice care. In 2013 she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Radford University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Ramona loves spending time with her family including her fiancé, children, grandchildren and her Cane Corso, Ghost.
